As a professional Realtor, I subscribe to the old adage, “If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life”. It’s this passion for what I do that translates into a successful home buying or selling experience for my clients. Having more than 17 years of overall sales experience has sharpened my sense of what my clients have come to expect and deserve. As an award winning sales executive, I have learned that it's the details that matter and I will go above and beyond to provide unbeatable service to every one of my clients.
Having been born and raised in Rhode Island, I’m aware of the intricacies and local details that set each area of the state apart. I’m an avid fan of the history of Rhode Island and its communities. My blog, Living in Rhode Island, is an inside look at what our great state has to offer. From Newport to Woonsocket and everything in between, I write about weekend happenings, upcoming events, restaurants, local stories and places of interest. Rest assured, if it’s about Rhody... I’m talking about it. My clients can easily keep up to date with what’s going on -- not only in RI, but in real estate, by visiting my website. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am a member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, Rhode Island Statewide MLS, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors as well as an e-Pro certified expert. I utilize the latest in technology in order to provide you with every tool possible to achieve your goals.
My free time is usually spent with my wife Melissa out on the hiking trail (weather permitting of course) or at a local art festival, farmer’s market or museum. I can also be found at the Rhode Island Blood Center making my monthly double platelet and plasma donation. To say that I’m a sports fan is an understatement. Not only do I love the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins - I’m a bit of a weekend warrior, and have the injuries to prove it.
I am a proud member of the Williams and Stuart family.

I'm Christina Clement, a native of Rhode Island. After graduating from Classical High School in 1992, I went on to Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD where I was graduated in May, 1996. I then returned briefly to Rhode Island, but relocated to Long Island, New York at the end of 1997, where I resided for 11 years. In September of 2008, I decided to return to Rhode Island for two reasons: to be closer to my family, and to seek a new career path. So I packed up my belongings (and my big puppy, Sweet Sadie) and headed north!
I am excited to be back in my home state! I see such potential for growth both personally and professionally. Being surrounded by old friends and family has given me a renewed energy. I've seen a lot of changes to Rhode Island over the years; fortunately, there are some things that never change-Rhode Island has strong family roots, a sense of community, and a welcoming atmosphere for new friends!
The Real Estate Industry has always intrigued me. I view the role of a salesperson as one where I can help others realize their dreams of homeownership. In addition, it is one where I can assist those seeking to transition from an existing property into a new residence. Helping customers and clients to reach new heights is my goal. I hope to be able to help you!

As an educator for the past 8 years I find that I apply many of the same practices to my Real Estate career. As it is crucial to a student's educational success, an educator must be aware at all times what best serves the students. The same holds true in Real Estate. Being able to effectively and accurately meet my client's needs and the knowledge to do what best serves you is the foundation of my approach.
Real Estate is a personal practice, which is one of the main reasons I was eager to become involved. The opportunity to meet and work with clients, agents, and brokers all while being of service to you us extremely rewarding to me.
Raised in Cranston, I now currently reside in the Cowesett area of Warwick with my husband. Making my ties to these communities that much stronger was the decision to work with Williams & Stuart. This is a company that feels as strongly about the community as I do. What more could I ask for!
I take pride in showing my clients that I am hard working, determined, and most of all a reliable Realtor.

Paul Zarrella’s real estate career has been built on a solid “foundation” formed during his youth. Working summers and weekends for his father’s construction company, Allied Concrete Forms, Paul literally learned about the industry from the ground up.
In 1991, Paul Graduated from Stetson University. Shortly thereafter he formed Paul Gerald Development Inc., serving as the company’s president for the next three years. Over that time he was responsible for the construction and sale of over 25 homes. He did everything from finding and acquiring land, to organizing sub-contractors, to cleaning and preparing the homes for sale. In 1994 Paul changed his business direction. He formed Sunshine Development Inc, a company he still runs today. Through Paul’s efforts Sunshine Development Inc. has purchased and refurbished over 100 distressed properties. Not only has this helped clean up many Rhode Island neighborhoods, but it has also provided many new homeowners with good, clean, affordable homes with dependable systems.
In 1997, in addition to his role with Sunshine Development Inc., Paul became a Realtor. Paul’s love of both real estate and people made him a natural. He was his company’s rookie of the year that year, and it wasn’t long before he became the top selling agent at the office. His achievements recognized with many awards from both the company and the local board of Realtors.
His desire to help others achieve the same success led Paul in the direction of training and coaching. Ultimately, it was this same desire to lead that brought Paul to his next job as the Broker/Manager of a real estate office in East Greenwich RI. In his time directing this office, sales increased by over 500%. In 2006, Paul won a major award from the national franchise. The award recognized the managers of the most profitable offices in the national network. While with the franchise, Paul spearheaded the company’s Rhode Island meetings and training, as well much of its charitable efforts. Helping give back to a community responsible for his success.
In 2007 Paul hit the airwaves as co-host of the Rhode Island Real Estate Insiders Saturday mornings at 10:00 on 790 WPRV. The show is still on today, providing listeners with answers to their questions, as well as up to date information on an ever changing industry.
2009 brought a new chapter to Paul’s life. Along with his partner, Susan Rowles, he has started Williams & Stuart Real Estate. Their objective was to create a local company, with local roots, to be a key part of the community. In just a few short months since opening Williams & Stuart Real Estate has grown to more than 35 agents and put hundreds of properties in to contract. But, this is not what makes this company special. It is dedication to the community that makes it stand out. As its president, Paul is committed to Williams Stuart’s philanthropic efforts.

Living in Rhode Island all of my life, I can honestly say, there is no other place I'd rather be. I've been actively involved in buying and selling real estate since the mid eighties on a personal level and licensed and helping others since the late nineties. One of my favorite quotes is "Look at a person's car and see who they want to be, look at a person's home and see who they are. I truly believe, home is where the heart is. I love interior design, cooking, gardening, cleaning, and everything involved in keeping a wonderful home. I secretly wish I were Martha Stewart.
My husband and I reside in the Hope area of Scituate and we have four kids in college and a five year old havanese/Coton Du Tulear mix that we adore. I hope that choosing me as your Real Estate agent for buying or selling your property, would make for a positive, stress free transaction. Sellers and buyers of mine of that started out as clients have turned into lifelong friends and I wouldn't want it any other way. Just to let you know, I can't be found on face book or twitter, and I'm not one for texting or instant messaging. Well, maybe an occasional text, if I have my glasses, however, I can always be reached on my cell phone. I've been donating blood since I was 20 years old and I think everyone else should too.
