I come from a family of real estate agents with my wife and cousins being agents. Family dinners are often spent discussing all things real estate! I currently own and operate a small business, which has taught me much regarding holding myself accountable, being proactive, and solving problems on behalf of my clients. These are skills I bring with me to Williams & Stuart.
The little things matter in an industry of buzzwords and over-promises. I believe it’s still the little things that build relationships and get deals done. Answering my phone when you call, replying to emails the same day, and following through on tasks are a good start.
I have been an active residential real estate investor since 2018 so I understand the needs and concerns of residential investors. My father-in-law owns DLR Dimensions, a residential design firm based out of Warwick, RI. I’ve learned much regarding home renovation, new construction and design.
I live in the Edgewood neighborhood of Cranston along with my wife, Briana and our dog, Lincoln. You’ll often find us walking Lincoln around Pawtuxet Village admiring the old colonial homes as we go. When not working or on walks, I can often be found at William Hall Library, usually checking out another Kurt Vonnegut novel. I often spend the weekends driving around the many different neighborhoods of RI with my wife just to admire the houses and get a feel for the areas!
