About

Warren

Welcome to Warren — the smallest town, in the smallest county, of the smallest state. Residents of Warren love pointing out this detail (you can purchase t-shirts with that tagline), but there’s a lot that goes on here for a small town. In fact, Warren has one of the best restaurant scenes in the East Bay. You can visit more than 20 locally-owned and operated dining spots in a span of only a few miles. The beautiful, historic downtown waterfront has many preserved colonial-style homes and buildings. The community is very tight-knit, welcoming, and supportive of everything local — artists, small businesses, events, and restaurants. You’ll find housing options for single-family homes, multi-family homes, and condominiums.

Warren Weather

Selling your Warren home?

Get an accurate valuation of your home and learn how to prepare it for showings

A homes value is determined by much more than online data. Online evaluations like Zillows ‘zestimates’  simply can’t tell you the full story. Factors such as hyper-local market criteria, seasonal buyer demand, and  interior condition will also determine how much a buyer will offer for your home.
